YOUR GUIDE TO EAR SEEDS
The first offering from The Community Fund. A drop-in workshop in collaboration with @build_blood and @againvintage.ny, designed to introduce ear seeds, an accessible form of acupuncture, as a tool for self and community care. Participants will receive guided support from licensed acupuncturist Kelpy Cathedral, along with a kit that includes everything you need to begin this practice. Our zine, designed by @vivianiraola and @brkily, features suggested ear maps (including the NADA protocol, originally developed by the Black Panthers), and blank pages to document your own ear anatomy using Polaroids taken at the event. The result: a personalized reference to help confidently continue the practice at home. Free Plant Potion from Sublime (Again Vintage’s in-house cafe) included.
